Armory Golf Warehouse Warranty Policy
Armory Golf is proud to offer a 1 Year Warranty on golf clubs purchased from armorygolf.com to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Armory Golf will, without charge to customer, repair or replace any product or component that is defective or becomes defective during normal use within 1 year after the date of purchase. At its option, Armory Golf may replace the product with a new or refurbished product. Armory Golf does not warrant its products against damage cause by third parties. This Warranty does not cover paint scratches, cosmetic blemishes or other normal wear and tear.
To obtain a work order for your Warranty, Adjustment or Refitting service you will need to contact Armory Golf’s customer support at cs@armorygolf.com. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for a response by email. To reach customer support by phone call 800-899-5181 Monday-Friday 9AM-4PM PT.
Armory Golf Warehouse Return Policy
Armory Golf offers a 30-day money back guarantee on unused items. Clubs returned unused may be exchanged for another product or for a full refund. Refunds will be applied using the same payment method and information used to place the order. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of receipt of returned unused items.
Armory Golf is confident you will love your new golf club purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase after hitting our golf clubs, you may return them for store credit. Used golf clubs must be returned without excessive wear and tear within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Store credit will be available within 10 business days of receipt of your used items.
If you need to return an item, the recipient listed on the invoice needs to do the following:
- Email customer support at cs@armorygolf.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number to ensure we process your return properly. Please display your Return Authorization Number prominently on the outside of the box and include a copy of your invoice inside the box.
- Once products are received we will inspect your returned items and process your request for a refund or store credit. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of receipt of returned unused items. Store credit will be available within 10 business days of receipt of your used items.
*Shipping and handling chargers are non-refundable. Refunds will post within one billing cycle.
